Help The Lou

....is a local nonprofit in St. Louis, Missouri that serves to help the homeless get back on their feet and find their way back to stability and regular work by providing them with direct support through one-to-one mentoring and accountability relationships.  We set them up with foundational needs like clean shelter, food and clothing, and help connect them with the health and therapeutic resources they need to re-establish themselves.  We work with them directly to help build up their confidence and capabilities by teaching them to apply tools offered by brain science around concentration, organization and positive mindset, which helps them develop their own sense of order and create healthy practices in their lives.
